She has experience managing both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, delivering strategic and bespoke solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and brand owners. Her focus spans prosecution, enforcement, multi-jurisdictional portfolio management, IP commercialisation, and IP strategy development for a wide range of industries, including, among others, FMCG, technology, fashion, pharmaceuticals, automotive, healthcare and more.
Sarah has supported businesses at all stages of growth, from startups to multinational corporations, offering advice that aligns with commercial objectives while ensuring the optimal protection of intellectual property assets. Her hands-on experience in brand protection and competitor monitoring empowers businesses to strengthen their market position, anticipate potential risks and maximise the value of their rights.
