Rachel brings with her prior experience in legal operations, where she worked closely with cross-border teams in fast-paced environments. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes, as well as the importance of clear communication and collaboration across different stakeholders. This background enables her to approach legal matters with both technical awareness and practical insight.

As an IP Associate, Rachel is result-oriented and adopts a customer-centric mindset, placing emphasis on understanding clients' commercial objectives and delivering solutions that are both effective and pragmatic. She is detail-oriented, adaptable, and values integrity and accountability in her work, striving to add value while maintaining high professional standards. Committed to continuous professional growth in the ever-evolving field of intellectual property, Rachel actively seeks to deepen her knowledge and skills in order to provide well-informed advice, practical insights, and high-quality service to her clients.

Rachel is fluent in English and is able to communicate conversationally in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, allowing her to engage with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She enjoys staying active through strength training at the gym and reading as a way to unwind and recharge, allowing her to bring focus and clarity to her professional responsibilities.
